Not if you run the action from ACR in CS 1.  I haven't quite gotten 
to that stage in Bridge, but it looks like the same rules apply. 
Actually, looking closer, it seems less well designed than from ACR. 
Seems you have to open PS CS 2 from Bridge and then pull down the 
File menu and select Batch _again_ before you get to the screen that 
permits you to specify which action to batch and where to put the 
files.
