> I can't tell much about my digital images looking at the LCD and look > forward to seeing them on the computer. Back in filmland my cameras would regularly screw me. Jammed film, overlapped frames, film that never caught the take-up spool or wouldn't rewind, film door popped open, light leaks etc. etc. Maybe if I had the cash for a brand spankin' new camera my experience would have been better but as it was, it was quite often full of swearing and tears. Now I take a shot, check the histogram, get an overall impression of the image and away I go knowing that as long as the flash card can regurgitate my magic into the computer, I haven't missed the shots that thrilled me when I found them.
