I'm particularly interested in the class action suit based on "... fraud ... trespass ..." etc. I hope it succeeds and stings the b'stards in the pocket. Hackers have been sent to jail for less!. 1) Consent (to having the DRM programs installed) should surely be informed consent 2) The onus should be on the supplier of the DRM tools to ensure they do nothing (no side effects) beyond achieving the intended aim of securing thier copyright. Heck they can fund the developers out of the extra billions they will no longer be losing to pirates :o) Q
