I run my web servers under Linux, but I haven't tried to use it on the
desktop.  I believe progress is being made, but color management
wasn't really there last I looked.  Drivers for the latest and
greatest printers may be better than they used to be, but still may
not be out of th etop drawer.  

Yes, it's that stable.
