Dear Colleague,
Several reasons,
1) That form appears to be for students learning about photography, not for peer review
2) It asks questions that encourage the reviewer to make assumptions about what was in the photographers mind, not what is in their own
3) It might put us in the position of taking ourselves too seriously
However, it does look highly Rosenable, so I guess I should wholeheartedly agree with you.
I propose to use it for next week's gallery!
