Hi Marilyn,
I am a member of a smallish co-op gallery. The members do the
sitting. There are about 20 members and one of us makes a schedule on a
rotation basis. We know a few non-gallery people who will sit in a pinch,
but the member who was supposed to sit pays them, not the gallery.
