Could you be more direct about why you want this information?  You phrase
this as though it were a study.  Is this to use for you own gallery?

The typical 'start-up' co-op gallery mandates that the participating artists
schedule time for the gallery.  The one successful and new gallery here in
Carmel has all the artists share in the prifits of the sales.  That becomes
an additional incentive to Gallery Sit.  Collective payment.

The Carmel Art Association began with volunteers, back in the 1930's and due
to the success, endowments, volumen sales it has become a business with paid
personnel.

Are you interested for a study, or to start a gallery?
