Agreed, there's tons of amateurs happily snapping away worthless
garbage images :-) Just like when instamatic cameras came out.

When I got the 10d, I'd been shooting with a film EOS. Not much
difference in the viewfinder really. After shooting digital for a
couple of days, I just wanted to put all my negs and slides in the
garbage.

In other words, I got much better images with digital. It wasn't
because of the waste of images either, it was because digital got me
out shooting more and the quality of the images astounded me.

Yes, fear of wasting film is a terrible thing!

Year and a half and almost to 6000 images. I don't waste images. OK, a
few...
