I've had this happen many times and what I do is ask for their email address and send them a small jpg with a note indicating my print prices. If/When they send a check, I send the image in the size they ordered. Yes, it's obnoxious of people to make the assumption that we're doing this for fun so it's best to be prepared to deal with it.
