A consequence of the approach just outlined above is that the
deceptively descriptive power of the base digital component is necessary to
impose an interpretation on the requirement that such branching is not
tolerated within the dominance scope of a complex digital environment.

Questions :

1. What is the 'base digital component' ?

2. How does that differ from any other 'component' ?

3. How does a 'digital component' have 'descriptive power' ?

4. Why is that 'descriptive power' 'deceptive' ?

5. How does that 'descriptive power'  'impose an interpretation' ?

6. What does  'branching out mean ?

7. Who or what is doing the 'branching out' ?

8. Who or what is not to tolerate the 'branching out' ?

9. What is 'dominance scope' ?

10. How does the 'complex digital environment'  relate to the 'base digital component' ?

11. Is it possible that there may have been a more succinct way of expressing this thought ?
