Emily, thanks for suggestion. I was more thinking of Tri-X kinds of b/w to
make fiber-based paper prints with real real b/w rather than Photoshop b/w.
Also, I did not mention earlier, but I will be shooting medium format so
grain will not be more (but I want some grain to show up).
Did not understand your (red hair) comment (btw child will have black hair).
