What digital capture systems are you referring to that you would see no real difference.
I have yet to view such. The traditional silver gelatin b/w, and a fine print from color transparency
remains superior in my experience to date.
Input a digitally captured image and a scan from a print into your computer and out put on a digital printer-they are both digital prints.
Output from the highest end digital capture and compare to a traditional print
made from a large format neg or transparency surely there is a difference that favors the traditional methods?
