I thought the image a bit soft also and like you, it didn't bother me in the least nor detract from what I was attempting to show. One of these days I'm going to get serious about learning how to use the predictive auto focus feature of my F5. Until then it's the old nature photographer's mantra of shoot many, hope for a few, and delight in the happy accidents. There were others who took the time to comment on my photo but as I'm in Chicago with my grandchildren and using a web mail program I'm unfamiliar with they somehow got sent to cyber limbo.
