Aschal, You can make your business licsense retroactive to cover business done before you registered with the state. There is a question in the application that asks when the business was or is to be started. Just put in the date prior to sale. Also make sure you know your tax laws. Which taxes apply to the area you live in. Find on the stales dept of revenue site and/or liscenising site. For example, does your county add a transit tax or hotel/motel tax?
