Check with your local or regional supplier of darkroom supplies.
Darkrooms are going out the window now and all equipment is
accumulating in dealers' storerooms with hardly a hope of finding a
buyer. You just need a mixer valve with thermometer display and
darkrooms all over the world have had them as standard equipment.
I'm sure you can find one pretty cheap and install it yourself with
light plumbing skills.
