Well, you could always mix a batch of fixer, pour some into a bowl and leave it out on your desk while you printed to your EPSON!!!! Could the warm fuzzies be far behind? Greg, I think you're FAR too short sighted on this wet darkroom vs. digital darkroom stuff. Man, there's a work-around for EVERYTHING! :o) Lea ----- Original Message ----- From: "Gregory Fraser" <Gregory.Fraser@pwgsc.gc.ca> To: "List for Photo/Imaging Educators - Professionals - Students" <photoforum@listserver.isc.rit.edu> Sent: Tuesday, November 12, 2002 1:08 PM Subject: RE: Digital VS real photography > > -----Original Message----- > > From: Lea Murphy [mailto:lea@whinydogpress.com] > > > > Just as you thought for all those years that you'd never have > > a darkroom, > > right now you can't imagine shooting digital. When I was about 10 years old my brother went off to university and left me his darkroom to use for about a year until we moved. But when I recently began developing film the smell of fixer brought back warm, fuzzy feelings. Perhaps its the darkwomb that I missed and would miss the most were Satan to get his hooks into me and drag me screaming to the Epson store. > > Greg > > >
