Note that the original post mentioned something to "ponder". It did not seek an answer. The statement could have been about the obvious subject of the post or about the state of education, or preparation of an individual student, or a state of mind or level of sophistication of humanity, etc. BTW, you have all done very well and deserve a pat on the back for dealing with this posting at whatever level you chose to approach it! cheerio, andy
