Configuration information & status information of RAID modules is
reflected from "/proc/mdstat" file.
Here you will find entries for "/dev/mdX" devices with associated partitions. 
For Example -->
  Event: 3
 md1 : active raid1 hda3[0] hdd3[1]
        262016 blocks [2/2] [UU]
