Your distribution should provide a package supplying the db2ps shell
script. On the two distributions I have easiest access to, the packages
are named: stylesheets-1.54.13rh-5_imnx and docbook-utils.

I don't know what distribution you use, but chances are good that the
package supplying db2ps is named similarly to one of these two packages.
