As someone who is strictly an end user with no kernel development skills
whatsoever, I would be delighted to see a user list again rather than my
having to spam the developers with all my silly questions and without me
deleting dozens of patch notifications.

On the other hand, LARTC seems to be such a complicated and not always
well documented project that I wonder how much help can be rendered if
the developers are not on the list - John
