Okay.   You want a VPN (I use http://www.freeswan.org), a simple IP tunnel 
(http://www.tldp.org/HOWTO/Adv-Routing-HOWTO/lartc.tunnel.ip-ip.html), or 
else some clever DNAT rules one end, and SNAT rules the other.
