I think there is enough info for a proper bug report. Maybe try if you can reach supl.nokia.com (the server usually used for assisted gps from your device).

Do you get a fix with maps or the gps applications in extras like mappero or ecoach?

I don't this particular bug on my device, but really sounds like it is there.
