It's a flap that simply covers the front/screen with a hard piece of material, FWICT. All of the other cases are, IMHO either too bulky or absolutely worthless. I've seen a number of cases that are rubber or leather and fit the n800 shell perfectly, leaving openings for the buttons and screen. This seems pointless. I don't care if the n800 gets scratched or other cosmetic damage, I just want to protect the screen. I want a flip lid like my Palm 5 had. Nokia provides such a case. > Maybe I'm w> Maybe I'm way off, but I'd rather have Nokia work on hardware & > software. Nokia is a large multinational company. I can guarentee they will not need to take people poff the n800 maintence group (those working on improving the n800 software) to design a case. Also, this case has been availabe on the european site since launch date, but has been 'sold out'. That implies that at least a prototype was designed or a photoshop was done. Either way, this was planned from the begining, not a result of user demand. --Paul Paul Paul ay off, but I'd rather have Nokia work on hardware & > software.
