NO.

So far, just canola (openbossa.indt.org/canola/repository) and maemo
official (repository.maemo.org) support scirocco.

If you have any doubt if a given repository supports a given distribution:
 - given that repository URL is: http://my.repository.org/apt/
 - look at "dists" subfolder: http://my.repository.org/apt/dists/

Examples:
 - http://repository.maemo.org/extras/dists/
 - http://repository.maemo.org/dists/
 - http://openbossa.indt.org/canola/repository/dists/
