NOKIA DID IT AGAIN!!!! thanks nokia... I can say nokia's customer service is the worst I have ever seen. The repair shop sent me an email yesterday about my device is in the shop. Ok, today I went to get it. They told me the mainboard has been change but not the rest of the device... ok... I put it to charge and .... ohhh... no charging logo... when I try to start it the same ISSUE!!! the device shut down after some seconds... I can't understand what is going on with nokia and 770, but going on this way it is not going to have a lot of happy customer who recommends the device... so, my I think this is a great device, but i can NEVER recommend it because it fail so much and customer service is a joke On 4/19/06, Agnoletti, Klaus (DK - Copenhagen) <kagnoletti at deloitte.dk> wrote: > > Hi Pedro, > > I got to the same conclusion, so I brought the device to www.telecare.dkto a guy at the counter who troubles beliving that it really is not a > phone.. very comforting.. > > Oh well, They'll send it to Nokias official repairshop here in DK, so > let's see what then happens - and how long time it'll take.. > > Thanks for the help :) > > > ---------------------------- > Klaus Agnoletti > Consultant > CISSP > > Enterprise Risk Services > Deloitte Statsautoriseret Revisionsaktieselskab > > Direkte/mobil: +45 36 10 35 78 > Hovednummer: +45 36 10 20 30 > Fax: +45 36 10 20 39 > SMS: +45 30 93 65 78 > kagnoletti at deloitte.dk > > www.deloitte.dk > > Deloitte > Weidekampsgade 6 > 2300 K?benhavn S > > Post sendes til: > Deloitte > Postboks 1600 > 0900 K?benhavn C > > > > ------------------------------ > *From:* maemo-users-bounces at maemo.org [mailto: > maemo-users-bounces at maemo.org] *On Behalf Of *Pedro Ayala > *Sent:* 19. april 2006 09:45 > *To:* maemo-users at maemo.org > > *Subject:* Re: [maemo-users] Display failure :-/ > > I had the same problem as you, and I have a new one right now :-( > > You have two options... send the device back to nokia (I did it with my > first one), it should be easy but nokia's customer service is like a pain in > the ass (sorry to be rude).
