In Nokia's solution the OMA-DM client is implemented in a separate 
proprietary daemon (which I forgot to mention in my previous email).  
This daemon is a generic OMA-DM implementation and does not do anything 
that is specific to WiMAX (except for supporting it).  The logic on how 
the data in the OMA-DM tree is handled (ie. the client of the OMA-DM 
daemon) is inside the proprietary modules for the Internet Connectivity 
daemon.

We do consider every possibility of using open source, but unfortunately 
in some cases we need to use proprietary code.
