see the other patches, gadget.dev won't be registered by chipidea
anymore. Also, under the gadget device directory we only want generic
attributes and debug-related files should be implemented using debugfs
anyway.

If you need anything under gadget->dev directory, figure out a way to
make it generic and implement it on drivers/usb/gadget/udc-core.c
