Are you able to run lsusb and see the USB headset, even though it
doesn't enumerate properly?  If so, please send me the output of `sudo
lsusb -v -d 0d8c:0139`.  I want to double check that the xHCI driver is
setting up the command to add the configuration correctly.

Can you send the dmesg with debugging enabled, starting from when you
plug in the USB 3.0 hub as well?

I also need the full lspci output for your system.  I want to figure out
if you have an EHCI host controller on board.
