I have tried this with both Window 7 and 8 without any luck. Yes, I did read 
about the limitation where RNDIS works only if it’s the first interface. I have made 
sure that is the case. So far, it looks like some kind of dependency on the order of
endpoints. I was wondering if there is any limitation on endpoint ordering similar to
the interface (RNDIS has to be the first one). Do you know?
