-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi all. Is anyone able to shed some light on the error in the subject? Even using sox for something as simple as copying 1 file to another doesn't seem to work. Doing: sox test1.wav test2.wav gives me: sox soxio: Failed reading `test1.wav': unknown file type `auto' instead of simply producing a copy of test1.wav as test2.wav. I've looked through the changelog, and googled for: unknown file type `auto' , but no luck, I didn't find a mention of this problem so far. I'm running debian testing, and the sox version is: sox: SoX v14.0.0 If someone knows anything about this, your input would be much appreciated, and thanks in advance.
