Hi Isn't the keyboard shortcuts provided by the window manager? Thus you need metacity to get the keyboard control you require. Hi there especially to any grml users here. I've asked this before, but didn't get a response, after installing grml, which works fine in every other respect, I tried starting X after configuring it, and although I am sure it's up and running, using fluxbox for the window manager, I've no keyboard control. I tried for instance, to use the alt-f2 shortcut key to get the run dialog box but couldn't get that to happen. I also tried installing the gnome desktop and although I can log in, I have the same problem when trying to use the alt-f2 command, any help please... Thanks much...
