speakfreely: binding data socket; address already in use

Ok, I may have found the rpoblem.
I have both an /usr/local/src/sfr and a /usr/local/bin/sfr. they are both alike,
except that one has port 4074 and the other has 2074 as I wanted to use the echo
server.
I'm not sure how both of them would have gotten running though.
Now obviously, I can get rid of one of these, but how do I get rid of this extra
process that appears to be running that i can't find?
