speakfreely: binding data socket; address already in use

Thanks Kirk, but my script (II'm using sfsetup to make the script) already has a
killall sfspeaker at the bottom of it.
And I get the same message when I try to use sfr.
And doing killall sfspeaker gets me 'no process killed'.
