Dectalk internal pc card?

right, the dectalk pc is not supported under linux by speakup, but it is by
emacspeak. if you wish to run emacspeak then contact me offlist at:
ss at saqibshaikh.com
i personally prefer emacspeak because speakup doesn't have full text editing
support yet, and text editing seems the key to doing most tasks under linux.
