Attached dmesg with pnp.debug=1, also includes working radeon with
cardbus disabled in BIOS.  I haven't managed to get it working yet
with cardbus enabled.  I think it's probably because the cardbus
controller ends up @0xe0000000, which prevents the Radeon 256M
resource meeting its alignment constraints.

The intel-agp driver needs to be patched to support >4G aperture
location as mentioned previously.
