With your patch on 3430 clocks, when I try to enable: 
"usbhost_l4_ick", "usbhost_120m_fck", "usbhost_48m_fck"

I am seeing the following error: 
clock.c: Enable for dpll5_ck without enable code
clock.c: Enable for dpll5_m2_ck without enable code
clock.c: Enable for omap_120m_fck without enable code
Clock usbhost_48m_fck didn't enable in 100000 tries
