Hmm.. actually I must say the situation here in Germany is compareable. With
the little exception, that you find a lot of Guys talking about NT
Experiences, but you dont find a lot of NT Admins who realy know what they
are doing. 

I guess the Fact that the LEarning Curve for a GUI Based OS is so flat is
the Reason why a lot of ppl think they know about NT. But even
certifications like MCPS or anything can replace the practise of working a
few years as an admin. Unix or NT.
