The only thing I've ever found is the header egret.h from A/UX with some
ADB hardware related defines. If you like, I can try to dig out a copy
of it. For CUDA, I think the best documentation anyone ever got was the
source code for mklinux. Most of that information has already gotten
into linux by way of the support for ppc models.
