Hi,

Sorry for the slow response!

Anyhow, this is coming together nicely.

Fix the iio_free_device issue in probe, add my
Acked-by: Jonathan Cameron,

Fix the tab issue or send as an attachment cc'ing
Greg Kroah-Hartman <gregkh@xxxxxxx>

Ideally add a suitable sysfs abi file to staging/iio/documentation/

I would ideally like to see the 'range' attribute replaced by the equivalent
scale attribute but that small element can always be done at a later date.
Though if we do it that way, we'll probably have to maintain the current
interface as well at least for a couple of kernel versions, so if you have
time it would be great to fix that now. It will be roughly the same
as the code you already have in place for frequency from strings.

Thanks,

Jonathan

Probably don't need the following documentation any more given you
now provide the actual values in a nice human readable form.
Still, doesn't do any harm!

I would really like to see this whole range thing converted to the equivalent
scale but that can happen at a later date. That will get rid of the whole magic
number issue that still exists for this one parameter.

I think this error condition should also free the iio_dev
so please call iio_free_device(data->indio_dev);

It is handled by the unregister call once registered, but here
that has failed to happen so you'll need to free it manually.
