OK, now all keys work.

I tried suspend with the latest 2.6.24-rc from git, but it looks like
something is fishy in this kernel regarding suspend: it will return
from the suspend attempt when mythfrontend is running. I switched back
to 2.6.23 with stopping mythbackend, lirc, and unload the cinergy
driver before suspend. This method works fine.

The driver now works at least as good as the old driver, so I will use
it permanently now. :-)
