Hi. My cable provider in New Zealand has recently launched digital DVB-C transmission and I'm looking for a good PCI/CAM combination for running a recent (2.6.19 or newer) kernel. I'm also told the Irdeto CAM also works here, but I see there a many different variations (2.06, 2.18 etc etc). I don't need a FF card (or the extra cost of one) unless someone recommends I do? For the last few years I've been using a combination of Hauppage DVB-C and PVR-150 cards with the v4l2 drivers, and VDR. Can anyone offer any advice? Thanks!
