Hello, I recently got my hands on a Terratec Cinergy 1200 DVB-C at an acceptable price, and thought I would do some testing with it. I installed Xubuntu 6.10 (which uses kernel 2.6.17-10) on the test machine. The card was detected, but there were some errors in the dmesg output: [17179586.328000] Linux video capture interface: v1.00 [17179586.352000] saa7146: register extension 'budget_av'. [17179587.048000] budget-av: cam inserted [17179587.104000] budget-av: cam ejected So I upgraded the drivers via source, using the instructions at the DVB wiki. Compiling and installing the drivers was easy. Still, there are errors with this version: [17179586.216000] Linux video capture interface: v2.00 [17179586.292000] saa7146: register extension 'budget_av'. Is this card supposed to work? If so, do anybody have pointers and / or suggestions? -- Regards, Torfinn Ingolfsen, Norway _______________________________________________ linux-dvb mailing list linux-dvb@xxxxxxxxxxx http://www.linuxtv.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/linux-dvb
