You will want to send the patch to this list, and one of us should be
able to apply it for you.  Please make sure that your patch adds support
for your device *in addition* to the already supported device.  If you
need help doing so, please ask.

Please also remember to include a short description with your patch,
along with your sign-off, in the form:
