Ok, well.. none of that worked, but i think i've got it working now.

looks good.

what i had to do?
insmod videodev.ko

for some reason it doesn't get installed during the make install.
anyways. i've not gotten around to testing to see if i can use the card yet, that'll have to wait till tomorrow.
