Sorry for the delay.. I totally missed this response (I have this list + the mythtv mailing list all into one filter, so I guess I just missed it in all the traffic). I rebuilt that linux box with Ubuntu 5.10.. Knoppmyth was a but flakey for me. I upgraded the kernel to 2.6.16.16, I also grabbed the linux-dvb mercurial stuff. Now, I'll add your patch and give it a try tonight.
If this works, then it means that the tuner programming inside or51211.c will have to be factored out into separate pll_desc entries in dvb-pll.c , in order for both pcHD2000 and FusionHDTV2 cards to function properly.
