Hi Hartmut, 

short update what i'am testing so far:
Card=12 gives me a DVB device but the Tuner Led on the Card stays off
Card=18 turnes the TunerLed on but no DVB Device
Card=23 turnes the TunerLed on but no DVB Device

whit card=12 i was able to start Kaffeine and search for DVB-T Channels but nothing came up

Hope this can halp a bit so far.
I can't access from here the CVS (Blocked Service)
