thanks for your answer.
i was trying it whit Card=55 & 60.  55 seems to be working. 60 is a no go one.
I am going to try out Hartmut's step's and will proceed whit Results to the comunity.

@Hartmut will the fan start to spinn after the card is correctly initzilized???
could it be possible to control the RPM's of the fan by the Driver e.g. like +&- key
just a wird idea ;-)

after issuing this i did't see a msg at all in dmsg, ist this correct ?????
