[linux-dvb] avertv usb2 in kernel 2.6.12

hi,
I was wondering if the avertv usb2 was supposed to be supported by 
kernel 2.6.12 ?
I could make it works some month ago using cvs version. so I thought it 
would work with the kernel 2.6.12 from debian.
seems that not... can you help me?
