The programming of the tuner is still wrong ;). It is not just the 
address, but also the programming.

We can reverse engineer the pll-setting.

Therefore you need run the box in Windows again while having the 
usblog-program running.

If you can do a manual-frequency scan with the Windows program:

- 3 times scanning to 538000000 in a row (to that we can find the right 
place in the log file when parsing it)
- then to 586000000, 722000000, 818000000
- and to 177,5 MHz and 191 MHz (there won't be any channel, but to find 
out the VHF band-setting)

With this data, I think we can create a working pll_desc.
