Hmm, the pll to get the pll-programming. The label "UTA-003" does not 
reveal anything.

I digged a little deeper in the driver: It is indeed a clone of the box 
HanfTek used for their stick. They told me about a "C&E" company which is 
the actual vendor of these boxes. I did not found a website or something.
HanfTek told me that C&E is not interested in Linux.

When we have the tuner programming your box will most likely work with the 
HanfTek firmware.

One disadvantage of the HanfTek firmware is, that running the box 
with USB1.1 is not possible anymore (because the PID filter cannot be 
controlled). An advantage of the HanfTek firmware is, that you can get the 
complete TS. This is not possible with the C&E-firmware.
